Refund policy

At Neon Luxe, every neon sign is manufactured, assembled, and quality-tested specifically for our customers. Due to the custom nature of our products and production process, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any neon signs, including:

  • Custom-made neon signs
  • Personalized neon signs
  • Pre-built neon signs
  • Sale or clearance items

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of deliveryathello@neonluxe.ca.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Our team will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, order modifications or cancellations may not be possible once processing has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your order.

Warranty & Support

If you experience any manufacturing defects covered under our warranty policy, please contact us at hello@neonluxe.ca. We will assess the issue and provide support in accordance with our warranty terms.
