Two-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Unless a product listing, quotation or signed agreement states otherwise, Neon Luxe provides a two-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery or pickup date.

Covered Components

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use affecting LED neon illumination, internal wiring, supplied power adapter, dimmer, remote-control receiver, connectors and acrylic backing where a manufacturing defect affects ordinary use.

Warranty Standard

A covered defect is a fault caused by materials or workmanship. The warranty does not guarantee that an illuminated product will remain visually identical throughout its life. Minor brightness, colour-temperature or cosmetic changes over time may be normal.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping, impact, crushing, bending, incorrect installation, incompatible power, electrical surge, modified wiring, unauthorized repair, water exposure to an indoor sign, outdoor use of an indoor sign, extreme environment, fire, flood, pest damage, chemicals, improper cleaning, normal cosmetic wear or customer-arranged transportation.

Indoor and Outdoor Ratings

A sign is outdoor-rated only where the invoice or order confirmation expressly describes it as waterproof, water-resistant or outdoor-rated. Even then, the adapter and connections may require a dry protected location. No product should be submerged.

Installation Conditions

Warranty coverage may be affected where the product was installed contrary to instructions, mounted on an unsuitable surface, hardwired by an unqualified person where qualifications are required, or used with an unapproved power supply.

Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, contact info@neonluxe.ca with the order number, customer name, delivery address, description, photographs, video and information about installation and power. Neon Luxe may request troubleshooting, inspection or return of a component.

Warranty Remedies

For a valid claim, Neon Luxe may provide a replacement adapter, remote or other part, repair the product, replace an affected section, replace the product or provide another remedy required by law. A full refund is not automatic where a reasonable repair or replacement is available, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Removal and Reinstallation Costs

Unless Neon Luxe supplied installation and is responsible for the installation issue, the limited warranty does not cover removal, reinstallation, scaffolding, lift rental, wall repair, electrician charges or business interruption, to the extent permitted by law.

Warranty on Replacement Parts

A repaired or replacement part is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or any longer period required by law.

Transfer

The limited warranty applies to the original purchaser unless Neon Luxe approves a transfer in writing. Statutory rights may apply independently of this transfer rule.

Statutory Warranties

This limited warranty is additional to rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
