Promotions, Discounts and Gift Credit Policy

These terms apply when Neon Luxe offers promotional codes, campaign discounts, referral incentives, account credits or gift certificates.

Promotional Terms

Promotions are subject to the dates, products, quantities, locations and eligibility stated in the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to a completed order.

Custom and Commercial Exclusions

Oversized, rush, waterproof, glass neon, installation, wholesale, agency, freight or specially quoted orders may be excluded where the promotion states or reasonably requires an exclusion.

Misuse

Neon Luxe may refuse or reverse a discount obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, automated abuse, unauthorized publication of a private code or another material violation, subject to applicable law.

Account Credits

Account credits may be applied only to the customer account or order identified by Neon Luxe. Credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless required by law or expressly stated.

Gift Certificates

Where Neon Luxe offers gift certificates, separate terms shown at purchase will govern expiry, transfer, loss, fraud and redemption. Applicable consumer gift-card laws will be respected
