Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Neon Luxe collects, uses, discloses, protects and retains personal information relating to customers, website visitors, business contacts and customizer users.

Information We Collect

Contact and identity information
Neon Luxe may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and shipping addresses, company names, job titles and information needed to verify an authorized customer or representative.

Order and design information

We may collect products ordered, custom wording, artwork, logo files, dimensions, colour choices, proofs, approvals, quotations, invoices, order history, delivery information and customer communications.

Payment information

Payments may be processed by third parties. Neon Luxe may receive transaction status, references, card type, limited card details and billing information. Neon Luxe does not normally receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Website and device information

We may collect IP address, browser, device, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, customizer activity, cookie identifiers, approximate IP-derived location and website-performance information.

Communications and uploaded content

We may retain email, message, support, review, telephone-note and social-media communications together with logos, photographs and other files submitted for quotation or production.

Purposes of Use

Personal information may be used to prepare quotations, process orders, create proofs, manufacture products, process payment, deliver orders, provide customer service, administer warranties, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve the website, analyze performance, send transaction messages, send permitted marketing, comply with law, protect rights and collect unpaid amounts.

Consent

Consent may be express or implied depending on the sensitivity and circumstances. Providing a delivery address, for example, permits reasonable use and sharing of that address to deliver the order. Express consent will be requested where required for marketing or other activities.

Marketing Communications

Neon Luxe may send promotional communications where the recipient has consented, an applicable business relationship permits it or another lawful basis exists. Required unsubscribe methods will be provided. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order, payment, delivery, warranty or service messages.

Service Providers

Information may be shared with service providers supporting website hosting, e-commerce, customizer technology, payment processing, shipping, email, analytics, advertising, customer management, cloud storage, accounting, legal services, manufacturing, fraud prevention and fulfilment. Providers receive information reasonably required for their function and are expected to protect it appropriately.

Carrier Disclosure

Recipient name, address, telephone number, email and delivery instructions may be provided to carriers, couriers and freight providers.

Business Transactions and Legal Disclosure

Information may be transferred in a proposed or completed sale, merger, financing, reorganization or asset transaction, subject to applicable safeguards. Neon Luxe may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful process, investigate fraud, protect safety, enforce agreements, defend rights or collect debt.

Cross-Border Processing

Some providers may process or store information outside Ontario or Canada. Information in another jurisdiction may be subject to that jurisdiction’s laws and lawful access authorities.

Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, warranties, tax and accounting records, disputes, enforcement and legal obligations. Information no longer required will be securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized where reasonably practicable.

Security

Neon Luxe uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, which may include access controls, password protection, limited employee access, secure payment providers, software updates, encrypted transmission where supported, secure storage and vendor management. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy Incidents

Neon Luxe will investigate suspected privacy or security incidents, take reasonable containment and corrective steps and provide notification or reporting where required by applicable law.

Access and Correction

Individuals may request access to personal information and correction of inaccuracies by contacting hello@neonluxe.ca. Identity verification may be required. Access may be limited where permitted or required by law, including to protect another person’s privacy, confidential commercial information or legal privilege.

Withdrawal of Consent

Consent may be withdrawn for future use subject to legal restrictions, contractual obligations, reasonable notice, active-order requirements and required business records. Withdrawal may affect the ability to provide a service.

Children

The website and customizer are not directed to children who cannot legally enter a purchase agreement. Neon Luxe does not knowingly seek personal information from young children.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Neon Luxe does not control third-party privacy practices and users should review the relevant external policies.
