Payment Policy

This policy applies to website checkout, payment links, invoices, deposits, commercial credit arrangements and payment disputes.

Currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Canadian dollars. The customer must confirm the currency displayed at checkout or on the quotation and invoice.

Website and Customizer Orders

Website and customizer orders generally require full payment at checkout. Production begins only after payment has been authorized and any required final approval has been received or waived for an eligible direct-to-production order.

Quoted and Commercial Orders

Neon Luxe may offer deposits for manually quoted or commercial projects. Unless the quotation states otherwise, the required deposit must be paid before production and the remaining balance must be paid before shipment, delivery, installation or pickup. Ownership remains with Neon Luxe until full payment is received, subject to applicable law.

Payment Methods

Available methods may include credit card, debit card, electronic transfer, bank transfer, approved payment link and other methods shown at checkout or on the invoice. Availability may vary by order amount and location.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes will be added based on the order and delivery information. Tax-exemption documentation must be provided and accepted before the invoice is finalized.

Payment Authorization and Processing

By submitting payment information, the customer confirms that the method is authorized, billing information is accurate and sufficient funds or credit are available. Payments may be processed by a third-party provider. Neon Luxe does not normally receive complete payment-card numbers.

Declined, Reversed or Incomplete Payments

Neon Luxe may place design, production, shipment or delivery on hold while a payment is declined, disputed, reversed, incomplete or under fraud review. The schedule may change while the payment issue remains unresolved.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Neon Luxe before initiating a chargeback so that the concern can be investigated. Neon Luxe may dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks using order records, approved proofs, communications, production evidence, tracking and delivery confirmation. This does not prevent legitimate use of card-issuer rights.

Invoice Errors and Overpayments

Suspected invoice errors should be reported promptly. Verified overpayments will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Financing and Instalments

Where a third-party financing or instalment service is offered, that provider’s terms, fees, privacy policy and credit decisions also apply. Neon Luxe does not control the provider’s approval, interest, penalties or account administration.

Net Terms

Net 15, Net 30, Net 45 or other credit terms apply only where Neon Luxe approves them in writing. A purchase order or customer policy does not create credit terms by itself.
