Online Customizer Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Neon Luxe online design tool, including text, font, colour, dimension, backing, accessory, artwork-upload, pricing and preview functions.

Purpose of the Customizer

The customizer is an interactive visualization and pricing tool. It is intended to help customers explore a proposed sign and submit an order or quotation request. It does not replace professional review for complex logos, structural signs, unusual installation conditions or highly detailed artwork.

Preview Disclaimer

The on-screen preview is a digital representation. The physical sign may differ slightly because screen colours, font rendering, acrylic structure, minimum LED bend radius, connection points, wiring, mounting holes and ambient lighting cannot always be represented exactly. Customers should rely on written dimensions and specifications rather than judging physical size only from the preview.

Customer Review Responsibility

Before submitting an order, the customer must check spelling, capitalization, punctuation, line breaks, font, colour, size, backing, mounting choice, quantity, accessories, delivery address and price. Neon Luxe is not responsible for an error entered and approved by the customer unless Neon Luxe changes the approved information incorrectly during production.

Dimensions and Proportions

The size displayed in the customizer may refer to overall width, overall dimensions or another measurement identified by the tool. Final height depends on wording, font, capitalization, line count and design proportions. Two signs with the same width may have different heights. The customer should review every dimension shown in the order summary or final proof.

Font and Artwork Adaptation

Some digital fonts and artwork contain details that cannot be reproduced safely or effectively in LED neon. Neon Luxe may make reasonable technical adjustments such as increasing spacing, simplifying tight corners, joining or separating strokes, thickening lines, altering connection points or strengthening the acrylic outline. A revised proof will be provided when an adjustment materially changes the appearance.

Pricing Logic

Customizer pricing may depend on text, font complexity, sign dimensions, number of lines, estimated LED length, number of colours, backing, printed elements, RGB options, weather protection, accessories and shipping destination. The total may change as selections are added or removed.
The final price displayed and accepted at checkout is the order price, subject to applicable taxes and clearly disclosed shipping or special-service charges.

Obvious Technical or Pricing Errors

A software malfunction may occasionally display an impossible configuration or an obviously incorrect price. Where permitted by law and before production begins, Neon Luxe may explain the error and offer the corrected configuration, propose an alternative or cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid. Neon Luxe will not impose a higher confirmed price without customer agreement except where permitted by law.

Uploaded Files

Users may upload logos, photographs, illustrations, brand files and other content. By uploading a file, the user confirms that the content may lawfully be used and reproduced. The user grants Neon Luxe a limited licence to review, copy, adapt, reproduce and manufacture the content solely as reasonably required to prepare a quotation, proof, product, support response or business record.

File Quality and Design Charges

High-resolution or vector files produce the best results. Preferred formats may include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and high-resolution PNG or JPG. Low-quality artwork may require recreation, tracing, vectorization or paid design work. Neon Luxe will disclose additional design charges before completing chargeable work.

Manufacturability Review

The customizer may allow a configuration that requires professional review. Neon Luxe may recommend modifications for extremely small lettering, tight spacing, unsupported acrylic, complex colour transitions, excessive power requirements, outdoor exposure, oversized dimensions or unsafe installation conditions. A customer is not required to accept a materially different design without approval.

Final Production Proof

Where Neon Luxe provides a final production proof, that proof replaces the preliminary customizer preview as the controlling design. Production will be based on the approved final proof.

Direct-to-Production Orders

Certain straightforward orders may be clearly identified as proceeding without a separate proof. In those cases, the customizer preview and checkout summary constitute final approval. Neon Luxe may still contact the customer if a production adjustment is necessary.

Saved Designs

Customizer designs may be stored temporarily through browser storage, cookies, customer accounts or website systems. Neon Luxe does not guarantee that an unfinished design will remain available indefinitely. Users should retain screenshots, order references or submitted quotations where needed.

Availability and Compatibility

The customizer may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, server interruption, third-party failure, browser compatibility or network problems. Neon Luxe does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.

Prohibited Content

Users must not upload or create content that is unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, exploitative, malicious, infringing, hateful toward protected groups, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law. Neon Luxe may refuse or remove prohibited content and may preserve information where reasonably required for legal or security purposes.

Customer Accounts

Where accounts are available, users are responsible for accurate information, password confidentiality and activity under their account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly. Neon Luxe may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in material violation of these terms.
