Intellectual Property and Customer Content Policy

This policy addresses Neon Luxe brand assets, customizer technology, customer artwork, permissions, source files and portfolio use.

Neon Luxe Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Neon Luxe owns or licenses its brand name, logos, website design, text, photography, graphics, video, customizer interface, software, templates, marketing materials and original mockup formats. These materials may not be reproduced, sold, modified or commercially exploited without written permission.

Trademark Notice

Neon Luxe is presented as a trademarked brand. The TM designation may be used to identify the brand. The registered trademark symbol should be used only where the relevant registration has been confirmed for the applicable mark and jurisdiction.

Customer Ownership

Customers retain their existing ownership rights in content they submit. Submission grants Neon Luxe only the limited permission reasonably needed to review, quote, adapt, manufacture, support and document the order.

Customer Warranty of Rights

The customer confirms that it owns, licenses or otherwise has permission to reproduce submitted logos, trademarks, character artwork, photographs, illustrations, sports marks, celebrity images, brand names, fonts, phrases and other protected content.

Refusal and Proof of Permission

Neon Luxe may request evidence of permission and may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where content appears likely to infringe third-party rights.

Responsibility for Customer Content

To the extent permitted by law, the customer is responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from customer-submitted content that infringes third-party rights, where Neon Luxe used the content only as authorized by the customer.

Neon Luxe Design and Production Files

Unless a separate agreement assigns ownership, Neon Luxe retains ownership of its production methods, templates, structural solutions, technical drawings, manufacturing files, editable source files, unused concepts and proprietary processes. Payment for the physical sign does not automatically transfer these materials.

Portfolio and Marketing Use

Unless the customer requests confidentiality in writing before production, Neon Luxe may photograph a completed product and use non-confidential images in its portfolio, social media, advertising, sales presentations and case studies. Neon Luxe will make reasonable efforts not to publish confidential campaign information before a disclosed launch date.

Confidentiality and NDAs

Customers requiring confidentiality, embargoes or an NDA must arrange the requirement in writing before confidential material is submitted or production begins.

Rights-Holder Notices

A rights holder may contact hello@neonluxe.ca with contact information, identification of the protected work, identification of the disputed content, evidence of authority and a good-faith explanation. Neon Luxe will review reasonable notices and may suspend or remove affected content.
